🏙️ Magnate

Roll the dice, buy up city quarters, build and collect rent. The richest wins.

Become the richest in town.

1. Roll the dice and move around a loop of 24 cells.
2. Land on a free lot and you can buy it. On someone else's, you pay the owner rent.
3. Own a whole quarter of one colour and you can build houses, so the rent goes up.
4. Run out of money and you're out. The richest wins (cash + lots + houses).
